Processing times

Many Skull Creek Designs products are made or prepared after an order is placed. The current processing estimate appears on the individual product page when it has been verified. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping services and charges

Available shipping services and charges depend on the products, destination, and current shipping setup and are shown at checkout. The four completed guitar hangers currently include free U.S. Standard Shipping. Those hangers currently ship in 1–3 business days without barrel hoop accents and 1–4 business days with barrel hoop accents. This offer does not automatically apply to other product families. Available expedited services and charges are shown at checkout.

Order changes and addresses

Contact skullcreekdesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction or you want to request a change. We will confirm what can still be changed based on the order's current status. Once a package is with the carrier, transit conditions and delays are outside our direct control, but we will help review available tracking and next steps.

Damage, defects, or incorrect items

Inspect the order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at skullcreekdesigns@gmail.com. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Estimated delivery

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or by a carrier is an estimate, not a guarantee. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
